Verhaal

Tommy is een tiener in de vooroorlogse sloppen van Londen. Hij hoopt uit zijn straatarme milieu te ontsnappen door misdadiger te worden. Hij sluit zich daarom aan bij een crimineel, die de rest van de sloppenwijk in zijn greep houdt.
