Histidinska dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.22, L-histidinska dekarboksilaza, L-histidinska karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-histidin karboksi-lijaza (formira histamin).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

L-histidin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } histamin + CO2

Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein (u životinjskim tkivima).
