Freaks (sh. Nakaze) je američki crno-bijeli horor film snimljen 1932. u režiji Tod Browninga. Radnja, temeljena na priči Spurs Toda Robinsa je smješten u cirkus gdje se trapezistica Cleopatra (čiji lik tumači Olga Baclanova) udaje za patuljka Hansa (koga glumi Harry Earls), motivirana isključivo željom da se dočepa njegovog bogatog nasljedstva. Browning, koji je mladost proveo u cirkusu, i kome je cirkus predstavljao omiljeni motiv u filmografiji, inzistirao je na tome da se, umjesto korištenja glumaca sa šminkom i protezom, koriste autentične cirkuske nakaze. Nakon katastrofalne test-premijere, studio MGM je izbacio gotovo trećinu filma sa sadržajem koji se smatrao previše "uznemirujućim" (uključujući scene sakaćenja i kastracije); te se scene danas smatraju izgubljenim. Čak i ta krnja verzija je, pak, postala predmetom kontroverze i bila zabranjena u nizu država. Freaks je doživio komercijalni neuspjeh, i u mnogo čemu označio početak kraja Browningove karijere. Od početka 1960-ih je, međutim, stekao kult status, pogotovo među sljedbenicima kontrakulture.
