David North

David North es un teórico marxista estadounidense. Es el presidente nacional del Socialist Equality Party (SEP) de Estados Unidos, anteriormente llamado Workers League. Fue secretario nacional del SEP hasta el congreso partidario de 2008.[1]​ North fue el principal líder político y teórico del Comité Internacional de la Cuarta Internacional durante la ruptura de la organización con el Workers Revolutionary Party británico. North es también el presidente del Comité Editorial Internacional de World Socialist Web Site, la prensa del Comité Internacional de la Cuarta Internacional.. Fue, además, jefe de la imprenta Grand River Printing and Imaging Inc. con sede en Detroit, ganando el premio "Best Places to Work" de la revista Crain's Detroit Business en 2003,[2]​ así como ser autor de varios libros y artículos sobre la historia del movimiento socialista y realiza disertaciones sobre política[3]​ y sobre historia del marxismo.[4]
