Ruben van Heerden (born 27 October 1997) is a South African rugby union player for Stormers in European United Rugby Championship, he previously played for the Sharks in Super Rugby and in the Currie Cup.[1] His regular position is lock.[2]

Van Heerden joined the Sharks on a three-year deal prior to the 2019 season.[3]
