Kobzev (Russian: Кобзев) is a rural locality (a khutor) in Goncharovskoye Rural Settlement, Pallasovsky District, Volgograd Oblast, Russia. The population was 116 as of 2010.[2] There are 3 streets.[3]
Geography
Kobzev is located in steppe, on the Caspian Depression, 48 km southwest of Pallasovka (the district's administrative centre) by road. Sapunkov is the nearest rural locality.[4]
