Baladeh Kojur Rural District (Persian: دهستان بلده كجور)[3] is in the Central District of Nowshahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Andarvar.[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 17,085 in 4,335 households.[6] There were 17,199 inhabitants in 5,023 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,521 in 5,858 households. The most populous of its 23 villages was Salah ol Din Kola, with 2,593 people.[2]
