Šafov (German: Schaffa) is a municipality and village in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Šafov lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Znojmo, 75 km (47 mi) south-west of Brno, and 166 km (103 mi) south-east of Prague.
